An established wealth management firm is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead its people function. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll oversee the full employee lifecycle, provide expert HR advice, manage employee relations, support recruitment and onboarding, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and drive employee engagement and development initiatives.

Requirements
- Previous HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor experience
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Financial services or regulated industry experience is beneficial but not essential
