We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our growing team. As an HR Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of human resources for our hospitality and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business goals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for various roles within the hospitality sector. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with all UK employment laws and regulations. Administer compensation and benefits programs. Oversee performance management systems and employee development initiatives. Maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role. Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Relevant HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD) are highly desirable.
