HR Manager
HR Manager - Financial Services - 6 Month FTC likely to extend
A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced HR professional for a 6 month fixed term contract to support and manage HR operations across EMEA and APAC. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with senior stakeholders in a highly regulated environment. Managed confidentially by a third party.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and HRIS (Workday).
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Maintain HR data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory reporting standards.
- Lead employee relations cases and act as a key escalation point.
- Support performance management, goal-setting, and talent processes.
- Deliver HR projects across multiple jurisdictions in line with business needs.
- Partner with senior leaders to embed HR best practice within financial services.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Ensure robust data privacy and manage external HR vendors.

- Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Financial services HR experience is essential.
- Experience within global or European HR functions.
- Strong HRIS capability (Workday preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of labour law and HR governance in regulated environments.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work autonomously.
