HR Manager / HR Lead

Location: Chichester (Office-based)

Contract: Permanent, 4 days, 30 hours per week

Salary: £50,000 (£62,500 FTE) + Excellent Benefits Package

Shape the future of a growing healthcare business

Are you an experienced HR professional who loves building people-first cultures and making a genuine impact?

At KT Healthcare, we're on an exciting growth journey. As one of the UK's leading independent providers of Neurodevelopmental services, transforming access to high-quality assessments and therapy for thousands of individuals and families. To support our continued expansion, we're looking for an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of our People function and become a key member of our leadership team.

This is more than a traditional HR role. It's an opportunity to influence business strategy, shape company culture, and build a best-in-class employee experience within a values-led healthcare organisation.

The Opportunity

As our standalone HR lead, you'll have the autonomy to shape and develop every aspect of the HR function.

  • You'll partner closely with our directors and managers, providing expert HR guidance while driving initiatives that help attract, retain and develop exceptional people.
  • No two days will be the same. One day you could be advising on complex employee relations, the next leading recruitment, developing new policies, improving employee engagement or helping shape the organisation as we continue to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
