We’re looking for a seasoned Human Resources leader with international experience to fill this exciting new HR Manager role. This position offers the opportunity to drive innovative HR practices, lead complex and interesting projects, and partner with senior business leaders.


About the Role

This dynamic role is ideal for someone passionate about employee success, organizational growth, and learning environments. You’ll oversee HR strategy, employee relations, policy development, and business partnerships—ensuring alignment with our vision of passionate, engaged, and high-performing teams.


Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership & Project Development

    • Conduct weekly meetings with business units to align HR with operational goals.
    • Collaborate with leadership teams to develop data-driven solutions, programs, and policies based on HR metrics and industry trends.
    • Partner with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution

    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with fairness and objectivity, including objective investigations.
    • Foster positive work relationships, morale, and productivity through collaboration with managers and employees.

  • Policy, Performance & Reward Systems

    • Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, career development, and performance coaching to line management.
    • Develop contract terms (new hires, promotions, transfers).
    • Support succession planning and workforce strategy for future growth.
    • Potentially assist with expatriation-related matters for international employees.
  • Training & Organizational Development

    • Identify skill gaps and training needs within business units.
    • Implement and evaluate training programs, including executive coaching opportunities.
    • Partner with senior leaders to align skills development with strategic objectives.

Technical & Strategic Expertise

  • Expertise in designing and implementing HR policies aligned with legal standards and business outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in high-paced environments with varying locations.
  • Strong understanding of domestic and international HR compliance, including expat assignments if applicable.
  • Experience influencing long-term growth through org design, talent mobility, and key initiatives.
