Site HR Manager (FTC) – Müller Milk & Ingredients
Contract type: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract Location: Bridgwater

About the Role
The Site HR Manager will take ownership of the employee lifecycle, fostering engagement, wellbeing, and inclusivity while ensuring operational HR needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Leading the delivery of the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to exit
- Building strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders to align people initiatives with business goals
- Coaching and supporting managers on people matters, policies, and best practice
- Driving engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives across the site
- Using HR data and insights to inform decision-making and improve performance
- Supporting workforce planning, talent development, and succession activities
- Collaborating with recruitment and HR teams to ensure seamless candidate and onboarding experiences

Requirements
- Experience across core HR generalist activities with a strong grasp of HR policies and legislation
- Confidence in delivering training and coaching stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative approach, coupled with empathy and emotional intelligence
- Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is regarded as beneficial
