What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the delivery of the full employee lifecycle:
    • Recruitment and onboarding
    • Staffing through to exit
  • Building strong relationships with:
    • Trade unions
    • Site stakeholders To support business goals
  • Coaching and supporting managers on:
    • People matters
    • Policies
    • Best practice
  • Driving:
    • Engagement initiatives
    • Wellbeing and inclusion measures Across the site
  • Using HR data and insights to:
    • Influence decision-making
    • Improve performance
  • Supporting workforce planning, talent development, and succession activity
  • Working closely with:
    • Recruitment
    • HR teams To deliver an excellent candidate and onboarding experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience across core HR generalist activities with a solid understanding of:
    • HR policies
    • Legislation
  • Confidence in delivering:
    • Training
    • Coaching to stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to:
    • Interpret data
    • Use data effectively
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A collaborative approach with:
    • Empathy
    • Emotional intelligence
  • Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data
  • Experience of a manufacturing environment (would be beneficial)
