What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the delivery of the full employee lifecycle:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Staffing through to exit
- Building strong relationships with:
- Trade unions
- Site stakeholders To support business goals
- Coaching and supporting managers on:
- People matters
- Policies
- Best practice
- Driving:
- Engagement initiatives
- Wellbeing and inclusion measures Across the site
- Using HR data and insights to:
- Influence decision-making
- Improve performance
- Supporting workforce planning, talent development, and succession activity
- Working closely with:
- Recruitment
- HR teams To deliver an excellent candidate and onboarding experience

What We’re Looking For
- Experience across core HR generalist activities with a solid understanding of:
- HR policies
- Legislation
- Confidence in delivering:
- Training
- Coaching to stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to:
- Interpret data
- Use data effectively
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative approach with:
- Empathy
- Emotional intelligence
- Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data
- Experience of a manufacturing environment (would be beneficial)
