HR Manager FTC
Site HR Manager (Fixed-Term Contract - 12 Months) – Severnside
About the Role

As Site HR Manager, you’ll drive the colleague experience and support the company’s people agenda on-site, thriving in a fast-paced environment where operational engagement is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit
- Build strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders to align with business objectives
- Coach and support managers on people matters, policies, and best practices
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives across the site
- Use HR data and insights to inform decision-making and boost performance
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
- Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to deliver exceptional candidate and onboarding experiences

Requirements
- Experience in core HR generalist roles, with deep knowledge of HR policies and legislation
- Confidence in training and coaching stakeholders across all organisational levels
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and leverage HR data effectively
- Outstanding communication and organisational abilities
- Collaborative approach with empathy and emotional intelligence
- Understanding of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous
