HR Manager FTC

Site HR Manager (Fixed-Term Contract - 12 Months) – Severnside

About the Role

At Müller Milk & Ingredients, we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality, nutritious dairy products while fostering a workplace where colleagues can flourish. As Site HR Manager, you’ll drive the colleague experience and support the company’s people agenda on-site, thriving in a fast-paced environment where operational engagement is key.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit
  • Build strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders to align with business objectives
  • Coach and support managers on people matters, policies, and best practices
  • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives across the site
  • Use HR data and insights to inform decision-making and boost performance
  • Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
  • Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to deliver exceptional candidate and onboarding experiences

Requirements

  • Experience in core HR generalist roles, with deep knowledge of HR policies and legislation
  • Confidence in training and coaching stakeholders across all organisational levels
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and leverage HR data effectively
  • Outstanding communication and organisational abilities
  • Collaborative approach with empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Understanding of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous
