About the Role We are looking to appoint a HR Manager to join our dedicated and central leadership team.
This is a key strategic and operational role, where you will:
- Oversee the delivery of effective HR practices
- Ensure high-quality people management
- Provide employee support
- Maintain compliance across the organisation
Responsibilities To succeed in this role, you will:
- Be highly organised and proactive
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Build positive working relationships at all levels

Location The role is based in the east of Manchester, easily accessible by local and regional transport.
Hours 36 hours and 40 minutes per week (Option to work during term time plus 10 days, or full year)
Salary
- Term-time plus 10 days: £40,766 – £44,373 per annum
- Full year: £47,181 – £51,356 per annum (Grade 9, SCP 36 – 40)
