The Role
The HR Manager is a visible role and a critical part of the Windrush Leadership Team, where building strong relationships and fostering a positive, can-do approach is key. This role leads a broad range of people-focused initiatives, including:
- Talent management and workforce planning
- Employee relations
- Change management

You will serve as a visible and approachable member of the team, supporting the Sheetfeeding business and providing HR expertise for Food Contact Packaging.
Key Details
- Location: Windrush Site in Oxfordshire
- Working Pattern: Permanent 24-hour weekly (part-time) role
- Scope: Internal and cross-site HR expertise
