We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to lead our HR and Talent Management function. This role will:
- Drive initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talented employees.
- Ensure HR practices align with the business’s success strategy.

This part-time role (16–20 hours per week, 3–4 days) is office-based in Peterborough. The annual salary is £40,000 (full-time equivalent) on a pro-rated basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with and coach the management team on people management, fostering a high-performance culture through open collaboration.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including:
- Recruitment and selection
- Employee relations, disciplines, grievances
- Contracts, pay, and benefits
- Learning and development
- Talent and succession planning
- Performance management
- Develop and refine HR policies, processes, and best practices to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage payroll (with HR Administrator support).

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
- Employment law knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels (team to executive).
- Experience designing/policies:
- Employment contracts
- HR policies & procedures
- Recruitment offers
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and confidence in confidential matters.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage diverse projects.
