HR Manager - Part Time

HR Manager (Part-Time) – Oxfordshire

£55,000 - £58,000 FTE + 10% Bonus | 24 Hours Per Week

We’re partnering with a thriving, values-driven organisation looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their leadership team in a dynamic, influential role. This isn’t just traditional HR—it’s an opportunity to become a trusted business partner, advising operational leaders across a fast-growing business unit.

This is a broad and flexible role where you’ll shape your agenda, build strong stakeholder relationships, and balance strategic people initiatives with day-to-day HR excellence. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and site management, delivering pragmatic, commercially minded support across:

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, and talent strategy
  • Coaching managers to build leadership capability
  • Handling employee relations and providing expert HR guidance
  • Supporting succession planning, talent management, and employee development
  • Driving employee engagement, culture, and wellbeing programmes
  • Using HR data and business insight to spot trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Contributing to organizational change initiatives
  • Acting as a constructive challenger while fostering strong stakeholder relationships

About You

We’re seeking an HR Business Partner with:

  • Proven experience in commercial HR within a complex organisation
  • Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
  • Skills in coaching, influencing, and challenging senior stakeholders
  • The ability to balance commercial objectives with people-centred solutions
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset
  • Analytical strengths for interpreting HR data
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience
