Job Summary

HR Operations

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and HR administration.
  • Oversee HR operations supporting permanent employees, contract staff, and EOR employees while ensuring compliance with organizational and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of employment documentation, employee records, contracts, and HR transactions while maintaining data integrity in Workday.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver efficient HR services and an exceptional employee experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, SOPs, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Support HR reporting, audits, governance activities, and HR analytics to enable informed business decisions.

HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  • Drive performance management, talent management, succession planning, learning & development, and employee development initiatives.
  • Coach and advise managers on employee relations, people management, change management, and HR best practices.
  • Analyze workforce metrics and recommend HR interventions that enhance organizational capability and business performance.

UK Employment Law & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, including the Employment Rights Act, Equality Act 2010, Working Time Regulations, Agency Workers Regulations (AWR), Right to Work requirements, UK GDPR, National Minimum Wage regulations, and IR35.
  • Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, employment legislation, disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee relations.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to mitigate employment-related risks and ensure HR policies remain aligned with UK regulations.

Contract Staffing & Workday

  • Manage HR operations for contract employees and Employer of Record (EOR) workforce, including onboarding, contract extensions, renewals, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, client contractual requirements, IR35, Agency Workers Regulations (AWR), Right to Work requirements, and EOR compliance obligations.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external EOR partners to ensure seamless workforce management and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate employee and contractor data in Workday and leverage HR analytics to provide workforce insights and support business decision-making.
  • Drive optimization of Workday processes and HR operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR Operations and HR Business Partnering.
  • Experience supporting UK HR operations is essential.
  • Experience in contract staffing, Employer of Record (EOR), recruitment, staffing, or consulting organizations is highly preferred.
  • CIPD Level 5/7 certification is an added advantage.
