HR Manager – Slough

We’re seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR Manager with the ambition to drive our continued growth.
In partnership with our Chief People Officer, Executive Team, and across multiple companies within our group, you’ll help foster an engaging, high-performing culture that allows both our people and our businesses to thrive. This role is perfect for a confident HR generalist or HR Business Partner who thrives in variety, excels in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys making a tangible impact.
The Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in partnering with Managing Directors and Senior Leadership Teams, providing expert HR guidance while engineering pivotal people initiatives that support our organisational success. This includes balancing strategic projects with hands-on HR support and driving positive change, engagement, and performance company-wide.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting strategic HR projects, including:
- Successor planning
- Employee engagement programmes
- Reward and recognition initiatives
- Supporting post-acquisition integration activities
- Providing HR advice & strategic direction to leaders and stakeholders
- Managing TUPE processes and mobilisation projects
- Contributing to social value initiatives and bid support activities
- Enhancing HR system implementation and contribution to on-going improvements
- Assisting with organisational design and cultural change initiatives
- Building strong leadership relationships to positively influence all employee outcomes
What We’re Looking For
We’re actively seeking self-driven HR professionals with strong business relationships, a collaborative approach, and essential discretion.
Ideal Experience & Qualifications
- HR Generalist background with prior experience at a senior-level, partnering with decision makers
- Firm grasp of HR project planning and delivery across multiple initiatives
- Confident communicator skilled at relationship and stakeholder management
- Exceptional organisational ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality
- A proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused mentalite
- Professional obligation to confidentiality and secret-keeping
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or MCIPD membership preferred
- A blend of people-focused care and business-aligned strategy would be highly advantageous
