About the Role
We are looking for a HR Manager to lead across the full employee lifecycle and experience of Team Revolution. In this standalone role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to the Senior Team and Managers, manage end-to-end HR Operations and support the development of the employee experience, making sure each and every one of our team members feels valued.
You’ll build effective relationships with your key stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact and providing clear and pragmatic advice and guidance to support them in leading their teams. You’ll ensure a consistent level of support for the whole business that is able to adapt to the evolving nature of the business to ensure the right focus for our teams. You’ll be responsible for all areas of HR Operations, managing admin, payroll, compliance & policies and employee relations. You’ll act as an ambassador of culture, making sure people across all levels in Team Revolution live and breathe our values and truly making Revolution an amazing place to work.
What You'll Do
- Build great relationships with Senior Managers that provide trust and openness. Through those relationships, use your operational people expertise to deliver guidance and support in all areas of HR, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, engagement and change management
- Manage the full employee lifecycle across our UK and US teams, ensuring end-to-end delivery of all operational and administrative tasks, including the timely delivery of employment contracts, change of terms, onboarding, probation, salary reviews and exit.
- Manage the recruitment of new team members, ensuring a best in class and consistent candidate experience that truly reflects our values and culture and supporting managers in identifying the best talent for their teams, with the potential to grow and develop within Revolution
- Manage the payroll process, ensuring information is accurately pulled from HiBob and uploaded to our payroll provider Moorepay (Tandem in US), and working with them to ensure that all payroll processing is correct and employees are paid on time.
- Ensure our people policies and processes are up to date, complaint, relevant to our business and reflective of our culture and values
- Work alongside Finance and our Shares Scheme Administrators on the processing of all Share Scheme related activity
- Regularly update the People budget with changes, working alongside Finance to ensure this is tracked effectively and inline with plan.
- Manage all HR Systems, including HRIS (HiBob), ATS (TeamTailor), Payroll (Moorepay) and Compliance Training (iHasco).
- Manage ER across the business, supporting and guiding managers through processes and ensuring a fair and consistent approach, inline with relevant legislation and guidance
- Manage third party relationships, including LinkedIn, ATS, EAP, Payroll Provider and HRIS.
- Manage the annual Performance Review process, providing support and guidance to Managers to ensure teams are clear on expectations, business goals and development plans
- Ensure all people within our teams feel valued, acting as an advisor to support their journey with Revolution
- Partner with our co-employment company in the US to ensure effective HR support to our US teams that is in line with US employment best practices and law.
- Ensure all new team members have a great onboarding experience, working alongside the manager to ensure a smooth induction to the business, including a HR induction, goal setting with their manager, HR check in and a timely and constructive probation review with their manager
- Ensure managers actively engage in their teams development and help to shape progression opportunities and career plans
- Actively seek feedback from team members across the business, from onboarding to exit, to help shape our people initiatives and deliver a great employee experience
- Play a role in ensuring we are engaging, informing and recognising our people through delivering a communications plan that embeds our values and culture
- Aware of best-in-class external HR practices and trends to ensure Revolution Beauty are ahead of the curve in predicting future needs
- Support with general office management and business support as required

- Previous experience within a HR Manager, Business Partner or Generalist role
- Commercially minded with a hands on approach
- Proven experience within a global business
- Comfortable switching between day to day administrative tasks and strategic conversations
- Great relationship skills with the ability to influence and drive change
- Experience in managing full cycle recruitment
- Excellent analytical skills that will help inform and drive decisions
- A great team player with a one team mindset
- Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects alongside day to day operational People activities
- Strong knowledge of employment law and latest HR best practice
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing external providers
