DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
About the role
- Support the UK Senior HR Advisor and HR Manager UK&I with day-to-day HR administration.
- Assisting with HR operations duties including employment, training, policies and procedures, benefits, and recruitment.
- Create and manage employees and process in the HRIS (WorkDay), making sure the information and organisational structure are accurate at all times.
- Support the HR team with maintenance of HRIS (WorkDay)
- Lead initiatives to design and implement automation within HRIS to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide and update HR reports and analysis, using the HRIS, Excel, Share Point and PowerPoint.
- Maintain employees electronic, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
- Update and maintain company policies and handbook in line with current legislation
- Maintain company compliance with the right to work in the UK and support 1st day induction process
- Onboarding/ induction of new starters to the Company, HRIS and benefits
- Maintenance of SharePoint page with benefits, HR policies and general HR information
- Provide accurate data from the HRIS and employee files for auditing purposes when required
- Process forms for external third parties such as background checks and references
- Produce and updating employment contracts and variation letters
- Send out new starter welcome pack and leaver documentation
- Conduct exit surveys and feedback to Exec team and line managers
- Conduct risk assessments for expecting and new mothers
- Work with department managers and team leaders on absence issues/patterns and other leave requests
- Work with managers on administration of flexible working requests
- Keep organisation charts up to date with leavers/joiners/role changes
- Any other adhoc tasks as required from time to time by the HR Manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
About you
The ideal HR Officer:
- Strong administration and analysis skills
- Experience with WorkDay is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain internal relationships
- Strong facilitation, time management and organisational skills
- Be a team player that is proactive, flexible, eager to learn with an excellent work ethic
- Experience in talent acquisition
- Experience using Excel at a basic level
- SharePoint and PowerPoint experience is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience working within a HR team is essential
- CIPD level 3 is an advantage but not essential
