HR Service Delivery Team – Attendance & Performance Specialist
Job Opportunity: Supporting Future Growth
We are thrilled to offer an exciting role within our expanding HR Service Delivery Team to support our continued growth. This new position in Attendance and Performance provides a rewarding opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment and make a meaningful impact.
Note: We are simultaneously advertising for a HR Officer (Change Management) in a separate vacancy. Please ensure your application is for the correct role before submitting.
About the Role
This role is dedicated to ensuring effective attendance and performance management of staff, adhering to organisational, legislative, and force policy.
Key Responsibilities
General Duties
- Support line managers with people-related attendance and performance issues, including:
- Coverage of Regulation 12/13
- Reasonable adjustments
- Sick pay administration
- Recuperative duties
- Ill health retirement
- Limited duties arrangements
Specific Tasks
- Maintain accurate record-keeping in force systems, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
- Assist in document preparation for formal processes, liaising with HR Officers and Occupational Health as needed.
