Location: Nottingham (Hybrid Working) Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum (DoE) Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Hours: Full-Time
Join Our People Services Team
We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused HR Officer to join our People Services team at Logobrand.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build their experience across both recruitment and HR. You’ll play a key role in supporting the recruitment of our head office employees and nationwide field workforce, while also providing day-to-day HR support to managers and employees across the business.
No two days are the same, making this the perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our HR Officer, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle by:
- Managing recruitment activities from advertising vacancies through to onboarding
- Screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining our Applicant Tracking System and candidate records
- Building talent pools for our field workforce to ensure a quick response to client requirements
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries from managers and employees
- Supporting employee relations processes, including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters
- Preparing HR documentation and maintaining accurate employee records
- Coordinating onboarding, right to work checks, and inductions for new starters
- Managing leaver administration and payroll information
- Producing HR reports and supporting compliance with employment legislation and GDPR
- Assisting with training administration and company events

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Able to plan, prioritise, and follow through
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Professional, approachable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR or recruitment systems
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding employee experience
It would be an advantage if you also have:
- Previous experience within HR, recruitment, or a people support role
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agency, or service environment
- Experience recruiting for volume or field-based roles
- A CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards it)
