HR Operations Analyst
Our client, a specialist consultancy based in Newcastle upon Tyne, creates tailored technology solutions for the complex and demanding defence & finance sectors. As their organisation continues to grow in the region, they now seek to appoint a graduate HR Operations Analyst to manage the administrative lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Your specific responsibilities as graduate HR Operations Analyst will include:
- Co-ordinating the onboarding of new hires
- Generating offer letters, conduct pre-employment screening, reference checks and right to work verification
- Maintaining new joiner checklists, guides and induction materials
- Processing promotions, transfers, contract amendments and leavers, using HRIS
- Administering reference requests with third parties
- Maintaining and updating accurate employee records in line with GDPR guidelines
- Resolving queries from employees and managers
- Assisting with data cleansing and audit activities
- Liaising with external providers of background screening, benefits and payroll

As graduate HR Operations Analyst you will need:

- A 2:1 degree from a top 25 UK university
- Prior exposure to HR administration an advantage
- Confident working with data and systems, such as Excel
- Highly organised, discreet and trustworthy
