A leading global hedge fund, expanding its EMEA HR function, is looking to make a newly created HR Operations hire into their London Office.
About the Role
Joining a lean, dynamic HR team, the hire will take ownership of multiple tasks including:
- High volume new joiner onboarding
- Contract management and reviews
- Internal / international mobility
- Advising on legislation and exit processes
The hire will manage employee data entry across all stages of the employee lifecycle for employees at all levels.

The role extends to project work, focused on the continued buildout of the HR function - more specifically working on initiatives to drive automation, process standardisation and helping scale existing infrastructure as the firm grows.
Requirements
Candidates should have 2-5 years experience as a HR Operations Analyst / People Operations Specialist at a buy-side firm, asset manager, or technology firm. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to or experience supporting process improvement projects.

Compensation and Benefits
The role has scope to pay the successful hire an attractive step up on his/her current base salary. In addition, a strong performer will earn a large % of this number as a bonus. The firm prides themselves on offering one of the most attractive benefits packages in the London Hedge Fund space.
