Summary of the Role

We are seeking an HR Advisor or Consultant who is looking to take a step up in their career into an HR Business Partnering role. In a small team of 3, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our people agenda across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to further develop their HR partnering experience, working closely with leaders, colleagues, and support functions to drive positive people outcomes. Combining strategic thinking with hands on delivery, you'll help create an exceptional employee experience, support organisational performance, and contribute to Diligenta’s ambition of being an employer of choice. What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with business leaders and managers to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions that support business objectives and the Diligenta People Proposition.
- Providing expert HR advice and coaching on employee relations, policies, procedures, employment law, and people best practice.
- Supporting workforce planning, talent development, and organisational design, ensuring teams have the capability and resources needed for current and future success.
- Leading and supporting change programmes and HR projects, driving successful people outcomes and continuous improvement across the business.
- Using people data, insights, and HR metrics to identify trends, manage risk, inform decision-making, and improve business performance.
- Being pivotal in driving employee engagement and culture initiatives, embedding Diligenta's values and behaviours to enhance the colleague experience and strengthen the employer brand.
What We’re Looking For

- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) with a strong understanding of HR best practice and employment legislation; project management experience would also be advantageous.
- Proven HR Business Partnering experience, including managing organisational change, employee relations, performance management, and supporting complex change programmes.
- Experience of TUPE transfers and multi-site operations, with the ability to operate effectively in a commercially focused, corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working collaboratively with employee representative groups, unions, and senior business leaders.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to turn people data and management information into meaningful insights and recommendations that drive performance.
- A proactive, resilient, and customer-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and deliver results.
- Exceptional relationship building and influencing skills, able to establish credibility, gain trust, and positively influence outcomes at all levels of the organisation.
- A collaborative team player, comfortable working across a multi-site organisation and contributing to a high performing HR team while operating independently when required.
