Purpose and Mission

As HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant and people‑focused HR operations at site level. You will support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to a positive and stable industrial relations environment.

Support the development and implementation of local HR initiatives, processes and systems aligned with HR strategy. Act as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practices. Actively support the recruitment process, including drafting and maintaining job descriptions.Design and deliver effective onboarding experiences, ensuring new hires integrate quickly and successfully. Assist managers in performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews and follow‑up actions.Support the handling of disciplinary and grievance cases in line with company policy and local legislation. Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, fully compliant with internal policies and legal requirements. Review employment terms and working conditions to ensure ongoing legal and regulatory compliance. Maintain and support constructive relationships with trade unions, contributing to sustainable social peace at site level.

Skills

Business‑oriented mindset, with initial exposure or experience in an HR partnering role within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of core HR disciplines, including pay & benefits, recruitment, learning & development and employee relations. Good knowledge of labour law, employment regulations and disciplinary procedures. Strong proficiency in MS Office tools. Well‑developed organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills at all levels of the organisation. Practical problem‑solver, able to exercise sound judgment and decision‑making. High level of integrity, confidentiality and reliability.

Previous Experience

Proven experience in an HR Officer, HR Administrator or similar HR role, ideally within an industrial environment.

Qualifications And Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
