What Will You Be Doing?
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team in London on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC). This role is responsible for leading and supporting people-related projects, with a strong emphasis on HR systems optimisation and integrations.
This role sits at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, HR Services, and HR Technology, working cross-functionally to deliver scalable, efficient, and data-driven solutions that enhance Talent Acquisition and HR service delivery—while ensuring alignment with broader business transformation and integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
As HR Operations & Systems Advisor, your responsibilities will include, among others:
- Provide guidance, administrative support, and coordination throughout the talent acquisition (TA) and recruitment processes, fully utilising our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – SmartRecruiters.
- Act as the day-to-day contact for TA queries, supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team.
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system to accurately reflect users, live vacancies, and current attraction, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Work closely with HR, Operations, and IT on the integration, configuration, and optimisation of HR systems (e.g., ATS, onboarding platforms, HRIS), with a key focus on candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Produce and share regular reports from our ATS for HR colleagues.
- Manage third-party contracts and invoicing.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous project or administrative experience within Talent Acquisition or the Human Resources function—essential.
- Strong working knowledge and administrative experience of Workday and/or SmartRecruiters.
- Experience working through an HR integration project (highly desirable).
- Competent IT skills—including full Microsoft Office suite, with strong Excel proficiency.
- Highly organised, with excellent time management, project support, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
