The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced People & Culture Advisor / HR Advisor to join a global media and entertainment organisation on a 12-month contract.
This role sits within a high-performing UK People team, partnering with business leaders across multiple functions while collaborating with colleagues across EMEA and the US. You'll provide end-to-end HR advisory support, manage complex employee relations matters, and ensure smooth delivery of day-to-day people operations.
This is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, matrix environment and is confident balancing operational HR with employee relations and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for managers on HR and employee relations matters.
- Manage employee relations cases from start to finish, including absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability, and performance.
- Partner with HR Centres of Excellence including Employee Services, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation.
- Support organisational change initiatives and business-as-usual HR activity.
- Manage Workday transactions, organisational changes, headcount updates, and reporting.
- Coordinate HR administration including work experience programmes, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Build trusted relationships with managers across multiple business functions.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, People Advisor, or HR Generalist.
- Strong UK Employee Relations experience.
- Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law.
- Experience using Workday HRIS.
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, changing, matrix organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
