Position: HR Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $10 - $36/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Review, develop, and update HR policies, handbooks, and documentation.
  • Design and optimize onboarding processes and employee lifecycle workflows.
  • Provide guidance on HR compliance and employee relations scenarios.
  • Create and evaluate internal communications and change management strategies.
  • Contribute expertise to improve AI-driven HR tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy accuracy and clarity.
  • Document and organize HR knowledge for training and process improvement.

  • Strong experience in HR policy, compliance, or people operations roles.
  • Strong expertise in policy development and HR documentation.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex HR topics into clear documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in remote environments.
