Position: HR Expert
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $10 - $36/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Review, develop, and update HR policies, handbooks, and documentation.
- Design and optimize onboarding processes and employee lifecycle workflows.
- Provide guidance on HR compliance and employee relations scenarios.
- Create and evaluate internal communications and change management strategies.
- Contribute expertise to improve AI-driven HR tools and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy accuracy and clarity.
- Document and organize HR knowledge for training and process improvement.

Requirements
- Strong experience in HR policy, compliance, or people operations roles.
- Strong expertise in policy development and HR documentation.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex HR topics into clear documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in remote environments.
