HR Process and Technology Partner

HR Transformation Partner

We take great pride in our vast range of chemical and biochemical products and our high standards can only be maintained through great people who share our values and desire to do the very best job possible every day.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Transformation Partner to join our team and play a key role in delivering a global HR transformation programme. As we implement our new HRIS platform, HiBob, this role will take ownership of supporting a successful rollout by working closely with internal HR teams and senior stakeholders to ensure a smooth and consistent transition across international sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day delivery of the HiBob HRIS implementation, working closely with the HiBob implementation partner to manage scope, timeline, and issue resolution
  • Own configuration, data migration, and testing activity across all eight Biosynth geographies
  • Coordinate system readiness with local HR contacts in each market, translating local requirements into workable global configuration
  • Manage integration dependencies, including third-party tools connected to HiBob (e.g. time tracking, payroll interfaces)
  • Drive user acceptance testing, training, and go-live readiness across a global, multi-site user base
  • Build and maintain implementation documentation including process guides, system admin notes, and post-go-live support materials
  • Map current-state HR processes across the employee lifecycle; design and document future-state processes aligned to HiBob capabilities and Biosynth’s operating model
  • Work with local HR teams to embed new processes and ways of working post-go-live
  • Act as the main coordination point between the CHRO, HiBob implementation partner, and internal HR stakeholders
  • Maintain a clear project plan; proactively flag risks and dependencies to the CHRO
  • Build effective working relationships with local HR managers across UK, Switzerland, Netherlands, Slovakia, Austria, US, and China
  • Support the CHRO on broader HR transformation workstreams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
