HR Procurement Specialist
London (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week)
£62,000 Base + £8,000 Car Allowance + 20–40% Bonus + Share Scheme + Comprehensive Benefits Package

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile HR category portfolio, influence strategy on a global scale and work directly with C-suite and senior business leaders across multiple regions.
Based in a state-of-the-art London office with an on-site gym, you will play a key role in shaping the future of procurement within a world-class function that is investing heavily in talent, technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global category strategies across HR spend areas, including benefits, recruitment and learning & development.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, complex negotiations and supplier partnerships across international markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders, aligning procurement strategy with business objectives.
- Drive value creation, innovation, risk mitigation and supplier performance improvements.
- Champion best practice and support the wider procurement transformation programme.

Required Experience
- Demonstrable experience managing HR procurement categories within a complex, multinational environment.
- Strong strategic sourcing, negotiation and contract management expertise.
- The confidence and gravitas to influence and engage senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
- A proven track record of delivering change and thriving in transformational settings.
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is essential. CIPS qualification, or progress towards it, is advantageous.
