HR Programme Manager - Reward & Organisation Design (12-Month FTC)
Location: UK or Europe (flexible) - Remote
Salary: £80k
I am looking for an experienced HR Programme Manager to lead a number of strategic people initiatives that will shape the future of our organisation. Working closely with HR, Finance and Commercial leaders, you'll deliver programmes focused on reward, organisation design and regulatory readiness, helping create a scalable and equitable people framework across Europe and the UK.
This is a highly visible role, ideal for someone who enjoys leading complex transformation projects and influencing senior stakeholders.

What you'll be doing
- Lead the design and delivery of key reward and organisation design programmes.
- Develop consistent approaches to sales incentives, job architecture and grading.
- Support organisational redesign and career framework development.
- Prepare the business for evolving European and UK pay transparency requirements.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive change and embed new ways of working.
What we're looking for
- Significant experience leading large-scale HR or reward transformation programmes.
- Expertise in reward, job evaluation, organisation design and grading frameworks.
- Knowledge of European and UK pay transparency legislation.
- Strong project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with senior leadership in a complex, international organisation.
