HR Project Administrator (12-month Fixed-Term Contract)

About the Role

Join Turner & Townsend as an HR Project Administrator in a 12-month fixed-term role. Supporting project teams globally, you’ll deliver critical administrative and coordination functions to ensure smooth operations while contributing to company-wide HR programmes. Reporting to the Associate Director of Global HR Projects, this role bridges operational support with strategic HR initiatives, shaping the employee journey and fostering leadership development.

This is an opportunity to work within a majority-owned company by CBRE Group, combining project management, HR systems, and change implementation for an organisation driving real-world impact.


Responsibilities

You’ll provide administrative and coordination support across high-impact HR initiatives, including:

Core Projects & Initiatives

  • Leadership Development (Licence to Lead Programme)
    • Manage participant communications and diary invites
    • Coordinate 360-degree feedback processes
    • Maintain accurate programme records
    • Ensure a seamless, engaging experience for all participants

  • Learning Management System (LMS)

    • Administer content uploads and user access
    • Respond to employee queries via the LMS mailbox
    • Oversee system updates and troubleshooting
  • Performance & Career Reviews (PCR)

    • Assist employees and managers with query resolution
    • Generate custom reports tailored to business needs
  • Global Welcome Events

    • Support monthly onboarding activities
    • Manage attendance tracking and feedback reporting

Additional Support

  • Provide wide-ranging HR administrative assistance as required
  • Maintain alignment with SOX controls where applicable

Qualifications & Profile

We’re looking for an HR-savvy professional with:

  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles, ideally within an HR or project-support context
  • Strong technical skills, including familiarity with:
    • LMS platforms or HRIS tools
    • Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, reporting)
    • Microsoft PowerPoint (presentations, process documentation)
  • Exceptional ** organisational skills** to multitask efficiently
  • Attention to detail: Critical for record-keeping and project-specific adherence to process
  • Collaboration mindset: Comfortable managing cross-functional interactions
  • Confident communication: Both written and verbal to support employees and leadership
