HR Project Administrator
Location: Global (remote-friendly) Type: Fixed-term contract (12 months)

About the Role
We are seeking an HR Project Administrator to provide critical administrative, coordination, and project support to our Global HR Projects team. In this fixed-term role, you will help execute key HR initiatives while supporting the development of our leadership, performance, and talent processes. Reporting to the Associate Director of Global HR Projects, you will ensure seamless operations, efficient programme delivery, and a fantastic employee experience.
Responsibilities
1. Leadership Development – Licence to Lead Programme
- Manage communications and invitations for programme participants.
- Coordinate 360-degree feedback processes from registration to completion.
- Maintain accurate programme records for tracking and reporting.
- Ensure a consistent and engaging participant journey from start to finish.

2. Learning Management System (LMS)
- Oversee content updates and user access to ensure ease of use.
- Handle employee inquiries via the dedicated LMS support mailbox.
- Resolution of technical and functional issues.
3. Performance & Career Reviews (PCR)
- Deliver initiative-specific support for employees and managers.
- Assist in generating reports to meet business needs.
- Ensure system compliance and data accuracy.
4. Global Welcome Events (monthly onboarding)
- Support monthly welcome sessions for new hires.
- Manage attendance tracking and participant feedback.
- Help promote engagement and coherence in the onboarding experience.
5. General HR Support & Programme Initiatives
- Assist with additional global HR initiatives as required.
- Provide flexible administrative backing to programmes and teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Admin Experience: Previous administrative experience, ideally within HR or L&D roles.
- Strong familiarity with HR information systems (LMS, Warriors, or similar platforms).
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint) with data management and reporting skills.
- Project awareness & execution—understanding software tools like Trello, Asana, or equivalent.
- Communication: Polished written and verbal skills for emails, reporting, and collaboration.
- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in record-keeping and team documentation.
- Adaptability and the ability to prioritise efficiently in a remote, multi-national working environment.
