About the Role

MASB Group is seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter at MASB Group, you will play a key role in talent acquisition and ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent in the industry. You will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and candidates, utilizing your recruitment expertise to drive the hiring process forward in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the accounting industry.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the accounting or professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology such as applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
