Role Overview
We are a fast-growing small business seeking a proactive and organised HR & Recruitment Administrator to strengthen our team. This dynamic role underpins our people operations, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment to offboarding—while ensuring smooth, compliant processes. Based 3 days per week, you’ll work colaboratively across the business to deliver a responsive HR service.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including:
- Drafting and publishing job adverts
- Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter
- Screening applications and coordinating interviews
- Handling offer and rejection communications
- Conducting right-to-work checks and pre-employment vetting
- Process offer letters contracts and arrange promp adoption
- Organise new starter onboarding, including:
- Induction scheduling
- First-day preparations
- Welcome kits and introduction materials
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate HR databases and employee records
- Process new starters, leavers, and employment changes efficiently
- Track probationary periods and remind line managers of review deadlines
- Manage annual leave and absence records, identifying attendance patterns
- Prepare HR management reports per business needs
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Assemble and send monthly payroll data to an external provider
- Administer employee benefits, including enrolment, changes, and offboarding
General Administration
- Liaise with WeWork Central London offices for booking schedules and guest access
- Assist with travel and accommodation bookings for company events

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Prior experience in HR administration or recruitment (or closely related roles)
- Strong organisational skills with ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and precision
- Fundamental knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Confident communicator—verbal and written—with adaptable interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HR/recruitment systems, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data ethically and professionally
Desirable
- CIPD Level 3 Certification (or in progress)
- Experience with external payroll providers
- Familiarity with small and medium-sized business (SME) environments
