Whether you're leading pay benchmarking projects, advising on reward structures or helping clients solve wider workforce challenges, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact across the social housing sector.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, values flexibility and wants to work with clients who are committed to improving services for their communities.

Home-based | Full-time (35 hours per week) | Occasional UK travel | Competitive salary

Your work will include:

  • Leading pay benchmarking and market pricing exercises using recognised salary survey data.
  • Advising clients on pay structures, grading and reward frameworks.
  • Building and developing innovative benchmarking tools, including the use of AI and emerging technologies.
  • Managing consultancy projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Analysing complex workforce and reward data and turning it into clear, practical recommendations.
  • Supporting and leading wider HR consultancy projects including workforce planning, organisational design and recruitment.
  • Facilitating workshops and presenting findings to senior leaders.
  • Building trusted client relationships and becoming a valued adviser.
  • Contributing to business development, proposals, thought leadership and new service development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
