Marketing Intern
Location: Munich (Remote possible) Contract Type: Internship Company: Risk Management Partners (RMP), part of Munich Re Group

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Intern to support our global marketing function, with a focus on campaigns, events, and product marketing execution. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and international campaigns within a dynamic, internationally diverse team.
Your Responsibilities
1. Campaign & Marketing Operations
- Assist in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital, etc.)
- Help create, refine, and maintain marketing assets (emails, landing pages, presentations, content briefs)
- Support campaign performance tracking via analytics and reporting
- Maintain marketing systems CRM and marketing automation tools; prefer users familiar with these platforms
2. Event Marketing & Execution
- Support the planning, coordination, and logistics of events, including:
- Conferences, internal events, quarterly reviews
- Webinars, trade shows, and other external engagements
- Manage attendee communications (invitations, registrations, reminders)
- Organise post-event follow-ups, including:
- Lead tracking
- Reporting
- Follow-up campaigns for lead nurturing

3. Product Marketing Support
- Collaborate to develop product messaging and value propositions for Location Risk Intelligence
- Assist in creating sales enablement materials (slide decks, datasheets, whitepapers)
- Contribute to go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, including product launches
- Translate technical product features into clear, differentiated value propositions
4. Content & Communication Support
- Generate and distribute content for social media, email newsletters, and event materials
- Maintain up-to-date content and campaign calendars
- Ensure consistency in messaging alignment with brand guidelines
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product marketing, sales, customer success, and business development
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for seamless campaign execution
- Gain exposure to end-to-end B2B marketing processes in a multinational environment
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in:
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Communications
- Related field
- Strong interest in B2B marketing, campaigns, product marketing, and events
- Proactive, reliable, and organised, with the ability to multi-task efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English (required) and German (advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools (unrequired but a plus)
