Position: HR Services Manager
Location: Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief People and Transformation Officer, you will sit on the People Leadership Team. You'll lead a team responsible for HR systems, administration, analytics and service delivery whilst ensuring the function is scalable, efficient and fit for future growth.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering the HR Services strategy.
- Modernising HR operations through automation, workflow improvements and self-service.
- Creating simple, scalable and highly effective employee and manager experiences.
- Driving continuous improvement across processes, systems and service delivery.
- Leading HR administration, HR systems and people analytics.
- Using data and insight to improve decision-making and business performance.
- Building a service culture focused on responsiveness, quality and accountability.

- Significant leadership experience across HR Operations, HR Shared Services or People Services.
- Accountability for HR systems, service delivery and operational performance.
- Experience driving continuous improvement, process simplification and automation.
- A track record of building service-focused teams and embedding accountability.
- Strong HR systems and HRIS expertise, including self-service and workflow technologies.
- The ability to use data and insight to identify problems, influence decisions and improve outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across HR, Finance, IT and business leadership teams.
