The Role in a Nutshell
The HR Services Manager delivers high-quality, legally compliant HR Business Partnering support to embedded clients (resellers) and HR consulting clients across our global portfolio.
As the primary HR point of contact for employees, clients, and in-country partners, you’ll:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee relations, offboarding, contract administration)
- Ensure compliance with local laws, GDPR, and internal controls
- Provide proactive, consultative guidance to mitigate risks and optimise HR processes
Ideal candidates combine employment law expertise, global HR experience, and a can-do attitude to drive impact in an agile environment.
How You’ll Make a Difference
HR Services covers everything from daily support to strategic HR advisory, including:

Employee Lifecycle Support
- Handle onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding—ensuring legal compliance.
- Develop contracts, documentation (confirms, title changes, probation renewals), and track probation periods/key dates.

Client Advisory
- Provide tailored HR solutions for Embedded and Consulting clients, anticipating needs and addressing risks.
- Advise on performance, compensation, career development, and promotions.

Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, GDPR, labour policies—updating handbooks and processes.
- Manage work permit processes (renewals, applications, cancellations) in collaboration with legal/immigration teams.
- Escalate complex legal or employee relations issues to senior leadership when required.

Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Partner with providers on payroll cycles, tax filings, and social security to ensure accuracy.

Data & Analytics
- Generate HR reports and respond to data requests while monitoring records for compliance.

Process Improvement & Project Leadership
- Lead HR projects (e.g., transitions, terminations, audits) and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.

Employee & Manager Support
- Coach client managers and internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance.
- Handle escalation requests (concerns, grievances, conflicts) swiftly and had neuters.

HR Compliance & Best Practices
- Stay updated with legal changes and implement HR best practices globally.
Why Growth Equals Success:
4–6 years of experience in HR management or HR business partnering, ideally with an international or Employer of Record (EOR) focus.
Key Skills & Experiences:
- Deep knowledge of international employment laws, with UK & Ireland experience critical.
- Hands-on experience with:
- TUPE transfers
- Resolving complex employment relations cases
- HRIS/gateways and global HR tool proficiency
- Ability to prioritize effectively in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Scalable skills: analytical, data-driven decision-making
