Domestic & General is an organisation protecting and extending the lifecycle of essential household appliances across 12 countries. As a business scaling rapidly, we’re committed to building a world-class, globally consistent HR service model—and we need a process-driven expert to help deliver this transformation.

  • Collaborate with HR teams, stakeholders, and tech partners to align processes, solve complex challenges, and embed best practices.
  • ** transformation** by optimising operations, improving governance, and embedding continuous improvement where it’s needed most.
  • Mentor and guide internal teams—starting your expertise in areas like scaling efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership & Process Ownership

  • Design, own, and optimise global and regional HR processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment.
  • Drive performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives to monitor KPIs and enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with global HR policies and legal requirements in all regions.

Technology & Workday Expertise

  • Partner with tech teams to deliver Workday enhancements, custom automations, and global HR projects.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline:
    • Onboarding, offboarding, and leave management
    • Time tracking, performance reviews
    • Reporting and routine data cleanup

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
