HR Shared Service Lead – HR Process & Automation
Hybrid Role (Wimbledon Office) 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)
Domestic & General is expanding rapidly across 12 countries, protecting essential appliances while reducing household waste. As we scale, ** HRprocess Richardson, we’re building a world-class, globally consistent HR service model**. We’re looking for a process-driven expert to help deliver this.
About the Role
As our HR Shared Service Lead, you’ll shape how we deliver HR services worldwide. Your key focus will be standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement—especially within Workday. You’ll play a critical role in transforming our HR operations into a unified, scalable global model, influencing stakeholders, solving complex challenges, and embedding best-practice processes to enhance the employee experience and strengthen our HR Shared Services.
Responsibilities
- Design, own, and optimise global/regional HR processes
- Partner with tech teams to deliver Workday enhancements and global HR projects
- Build knowledge resources, training materials, and capability-building tools
- Track performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with global policies and legal requirements
- Drive adoption of standardised processes across regions
- Champion innovation and service excellence in HR operations
- Identify and implement automation opportunities where possible
- Collaborate globally to align on best practices
- Mentor and coach colleagues to build HR capability

About You
We’re looking for candidates who have:
✔ Experience in Global HR Shared Services, with a track record of implementing process improvements ✔ Strong Workday expertise, particularly in building or enhancing automations ✔ Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in a fast-paced environment ✔ The ability to work autonomously while adapting to evolving priorities
