The Opportunity
As HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the global HR shared services operations to ensure the efficient delivery of HR services to employees, leveraging technology and streamlining processes. Our HR Shared Services Administrators are integral to the efficient functioning of our HR operations, ensuring our employee experience is s receive consistent and high-quality HR support. This role demands a blend of technical, interpersonal, and organisational skills to manage and improve HR service delivery effectively.
Role Responsibility
So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
- Manage UK employee lifecycle Hire to Retire activity and process documentation adhering to legislation and in line with requirements for loading to Oracle Fusion (global HRIS, known internally as Diamond).
- Be the first point of contact for employee queries in relation to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related topics.
- Identify opportunities for improving HR service delivery by implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the drafting and delivery of policy, benefits, and messaging to employees.
- Manage employee personal/sensitive information in line with GDPR and associated data protection legislation.
- Responsible for inputting employee data changes within Oracle Fusion and ADP (global payroll), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Monitor holiday accruals and work with managers to ensure compliance to company processes and procedures.
- Work with managers to inform of service anniversary dates, probationary review periods, fixed term contract periods, visas, and the expiration of these.
- Manage the third-party benefits correspondence and ensure accurate set up of benefits for new employees where applicable.
- Support the rollout of key HR annual cycles such as pay review, performance review.
- Maintain databases, reports and records as agreed with the wider HR team.

The Candidate

Essential
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to process and analyse data quickly and effectively.
- Ability to manage own workload, meet deadlines and remain focussed.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, planning and analytical skills.
- Experience understanding of MS Office with strong technical skills, with proficiency in HRIS and data management tools.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders internal and external to Dechra.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Professional HR qualifications e.g. CIPD.

Additional Information:
This role is hybrid with two days working in the Northwich office and three days at home.
