About the Role
The HRSS Analyst delivers efficient, high-quality HR support to employees, managers, and HR partners by managing inquiries, providing system and process guidance, and executing transactions within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role supports key HR functions including Talent Acquisition and Centers of Excellence (COEs), while ensuring a seamless, consistent employee experience. Success requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a customer-focused approach to meet expectations and drive operational excellence.

This will be a contract position with an approximate duration of six months, with a strong potential to transition to permanent.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Partner with HRSS leadership and Center of Excellence (COE) teams to deliver high-quality HR services aligned with organizational goals.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to HR processes and systems.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on HRSS initiatives, escalations, and resolutions.
HR Operations Support
- Act as the primary HR contact and trusted advisor for employees and managers, offering guidance on policies, processes, onboarding, and performance management.
- Manage and resolve HR inquiries through the case management system, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with SLAs.
- Execute core HR processes (onboarding, performance cycles, transactions) with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Collaborate with HR teams, COEs, and vendors to deliver a seamless employee experience and escalate issues appropriately.
- Support Talent Acquisition operations, including interview coordination, background checks, and hire transactions.
- Maintain HR data integrity and contribute to continuous improvement through documentation, knowledge management, and process enhancements.

Process Improvement
- Collaborate with HRSS leadership to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Assist in testing and implementing new tools and processes to enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Rooster, Workday, ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience supporting HR operations in a global or multi-regional environment.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
