The Role
The HRSS Analyst is responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality HR support to employees, managers, and HR partners. This role spans Talent Acquisition and Center of Excellence (COE) functions, ensuring a seamless and consistent employee experience.
Core Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Partner with HRSS leadership and COEs to deliver high-quality HR services aligned with business goals.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, handling inquiries related to HR processes and systems.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on HRSS initiatives, escalations, and resolutions.
HR Operations Support
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, offering guidance on policies, processes (onboarding, performance management), and transactions.
- Manage and resolve HR inquiries through the case management system, ensuring documentation accuracy and SLA compliance.
- Execute core HR processes (e.g., onboarding, performance cycles) with timeliness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Collaborate with HR teams, COEs, and vendors to enhance the employee experience and escalate issues.
- Support Talent Acquisition operations, including interview coordination, background checks, and hire management.
- Maintain HR data integrity and contribute to process improvements through documentation, knowledge management, and automation initiatives.

Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation in collaboration with HRSS leadership.
- Assist in testing new tools/processes to elevate employee engagement and system performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in HR operations, shared services, or similar roles.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Rooster, Workday, ServiceNow).
- Ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Global/Multi-regional exposure: Preferred.
- Process Excellence: Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong organization, time management, and resourcefulness. Thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments.
