HR Shared Services Analyst
HRSS Analyst – Global Corporate Team
(Analyst Position – United Kingdom)

About the Role
The HRSS Analyst delivers high-quality, efficient HR support to employees, managers, and HR partners by:
- Managing inquiries and guiding employees through HR processes and system transactions within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Supporting key HR functions, including Talent Acquisition and Center of Excellence (COE) teams.
- Ensuring a seamless, consistent employee experience with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Partner with HRSS leadership and COE teams to deliver high-quality HR services aligned with organizational goals.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes and systems.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders on HRSS initiatives, escalations, and resolutions.
HR Operations Support
- Act as the primary HR contact and trusted advisor for employees and managers, providing guidance on:
- Policies, processes
- Onboarding
- Performance management
- Manage and resolve HR inquiries via the case management system, ensuring SLA compliance and accurate documentation.
- Execute core HR processes (onboarding, performance cycles, transactions) with accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
- Collaborate with HR teams, COEs, and vendors to enhance the employee experience and escalate issues appropriately.
- Support Talent Acquisition operations, including:
- Interview coordination
- Background checks
- Final hire transactions
- Maintain HR data integrity and drive continuous improvement through:
- Documentation
- Knowledge management
- Process optimisation

Process Improvement
- Work with HRSS leadership to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, enhancing the employee experience.
- Assist in testing and implementing new tools and processes.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a cumulative role (e.g., HR generalist, HR administrator, or similar).
Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Rooster, Workday, ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience supporting HR operations in a global or multi-regional environment.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) strongly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with self-awareness, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving.
- Resourceful in anticpating and addressing issues before escalation.
