HR Services Coordinator
Job Summary
An exciting opportunity to join Insulet in the role of HR Services Coordinator, supporting the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding through to benefits, data management, and offboarding, within Insulet’s HR function.
You will be a Workday SME, delivering high-quality customer service to candidates, employees, and stakeholders while ensuring efficient HR processes and data accuracy. This role involves playing a key role in enhancing employee and candidate experience through strong coordination with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR teams.
This role is ideal for someone with HR/admin experience who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused.
Position Overview
HR Services partners with Insulet’s Human Resources organization to manage and administer programs, processes, and technologies essential to fulfilling both personal and on-the-job needs of employees and managers. This role provides customer service to a variety of stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, HR business partners, recruiters, and employees across the organization.
As the HR Services Coordinator, you will support the entire life cycle of an employee—from hire to retire—by refining and executing processes that drive a positive employee experience. These include talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, HR data management, and offboarding.
The role reports to the HR Services Manager and is part of the HR Services Team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Workday System expert, providing timely assistance across HR processes and maintaining system accuracy.
- Provide high-quality customer service to all stakeholders (candidates, managers, HR teams, employees) through clear and timely communication at every stage of the employee lifecycle.
- Support Talent Acquisition to deliver a seamless candidate experience:
- Manage requisition and offer letters.
- Schedule and reimbursement for interviews.
- Initiate and escalate background checks as needed.
- Escalate inquiries via helpdesk notifications.
- Guide new hires and managers through onboarding, including day-one preparations, validating work eligibility, and first-day support.
- Administer benefits policies, including:
- New hire enrollment.
- Termination processes.
- General benefit transactions with support from Talent and HR Business Partners.
- Act as the liaison between employees and the Payroll team for questions and change requests.
- Maintain employee files and ensure accurate records according to company policies.
- Ensure data integrity in all HRIS systems, including processing employee change requests and updates.
- Pull and analyse reports as needed to support business decisions.
- Support the employee offboarding process, including severance administration and helpdesk inquires.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Associates degree (minimum educational requirement).
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Preferred Skills/Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, recruiting, or staffing.
- Experience with multitasking, prioritising workloads, and balancing efficiency with accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a customer service focus.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), familiarity with Smartsheet preferred.
- Comprehensive Workday experience is a strong asset.
- Passion for continuous improvement to optimise work and processes.
- Basic proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
- Exposure to HR practices in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region preferred.

Work Environment
This is a fully in-office position at Insulet’s headquarters in Massachusetts.
