Job Opportunity: HR Shared Services Manager
Our client based in Birmingham are an international brand with an outstanding reputation. An opportunity has arisen for an HR Shared Services Manager to join their growing international HR operations team.
This role requires three days in office attendance.
About the Role
The HR Shared Services Manager role is a heavy people management role requiring experience of managing team leaders and wider teams within an HR Shared Services environment.
Reporting into the Senior HR Operations Manager this role will drive continuous improvement, digital transformation and alignment to the wider HR strategy. The role will entail:

- Oversee the day-to-day HR Operations including queries and transactions
- Driving accountability, performance and continuous development
- Governance of all policies and procedures
- Driving transformation initiatives including streamlining processes
- Managing stakeholders internally and externally
- Working with the audit and quality team to review and refine operational processes
- Oversee and enhance all onboarding and all compliance
- Supporting HR projects
- Creating and embedding a high performing culture improving accuracy and efficiency

Requirements
Applicants must have previous experience managing within a HR Shared Service Centre Environment. You will have managed Team Leaders as well as a wider HR Operations team. Exposure to professional services is also desirable.
