Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Shared Services Partner / HR Administrator to join our HR team on a permanent basis. In this varied role, you will be the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters and will work closely with HR Business Partners and the Payroll team. You will support the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—while ensuring efficient HR processes and maintaining high-quality employee data.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and the Payroll team to deliver day-to-day HR support.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment contracts, employee changes and offboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, employment certificates, and other HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure high data quality within the HR information system.
  • Manage and monitor the time and attendance system, including working hours, absences, corrections, and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes, including family leave administration, return-to-work processes, and other employee-related matters.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in HR Administration and/or an HR Shared Services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
