Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Administrator to join our international HR team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will support payroll administration across multiple European countries by preparing payroll inputs, maintaining accurate employee records, and working closely with HR teams and external payroll providers to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.

While Telford is the preferred location, we also offer a remote working setup for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and validate payroll inputs for multiple European countries.
  • Work closely with external payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll and HR records within HR systems.
  • Review and administer time and attendance data, absences, and payroll-related changes.
  • Respond to employee payroll-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support payroll reporting, compliance activities, audits, and month-end processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll colleagues across UK and Europe to ensure efficient payroll operations.
  • Contribute to payroll and HR process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Payroll Administration, Payroll, or HR Administration.
  • Experience working with outsourced payroll providers is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
