About the role
We are recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded HR Specialist (TUPE & Change) to join our UK & Ireland HR team. This is an opportunity to play a key role at the heart of a dynamic, evolving organisation. You’ll work on meaningful change programmes, influence senior stakeholders, and shape the future of our workforce.
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders across Adecco, LHH, and Akkodis, providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, organisational change, and workforce compliance. You’ll bring deep subject matter expertise in TUPE, transformation, and immigration, helping the business navigate change with confidence, clarity, and fairness. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your judgement, resilience, and ability to operate in ambiguity will be key to delivering successful outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
Employee Relations & Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters
- Provide commercially focused guidance on disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and restructuring cases
- Enable informed decision-making through balanced, risk-aware advice
- Ensure a consistent and compliant approach to ER across the business
Change & Transformation
- Lead HR input across organisational change programmes
- Support restructures, redundancies, and transformation initiatives
- Guide leaders through consultation processes, ensuring compliance and positive colleague experience
- Bring clarity and structure in evolving and ambiguous environments
TUPE Expertise
- Lead and support TUPE transfers (inbound and outbound)
- Provide expert advice on risk, process, and employee impact
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver smooth, compliant transitions
- Design of change processes through to delivery hand over
Visa & Immigration
- Manage visa and immigration processes in line with UK regulations
- Act as a key contact for sponsorship and right-to-work queries
- Ensure robust compliance, documentation, and audit readiness

About you
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with commercial thinking and a collaborative mindset.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in UK & Ireland employment law and employee relations
- Proven expertise in TUPE and organisational change process and strategy
- Experience managing UK visa and immigration processes
- The ability to operate at pace in a complex, evolving environment
- Strong judgement and a pragmatic, risk-based decision-making approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to translate complex HR issues into clear, actionable insights
