About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Analyst to join Morgan Law’s transformative HR team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation of a new Oracle Cloud HCM platform, which is part of a larger organizational transformation initiative. This role involves providing expert technical analysis and business process expertise to support the design, configuration, and deployment of the new HR system. The HR Systems Analyst will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that the new platform aligns with organizational needs and delivers a seamless experience for employees, managers, and HR professionals. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a strategic project that will modernize HR operations, improve data integrity, and enhance service delivery across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM in a technical capacity, including support for implementation, configuration, and enhancement activities across core modules.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping (As-Is / To-Be), and conducting gap analysis within HR, payroll, and finance processes.
- Experience supporting HR system change or transformation programs in complex organizational environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and third-party vendors.
- Experience in data migration activities such as data audits, cleansing, validation, and transfer from legacy systems to new platforms.
- Ability to challenge system designs, validate solution quality, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of system integration, security models, and reporting requirements within Oracle Cloud HCM is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications or training in Oracle Cloud HCM or related HRIS systems are advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate process mapping to define current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) states for HR, payroll, and finance workflows.
- Collaborate with technical teams and system integrators to design, configure, and implement the Oracle Cloud HCM platform in line with organizational needs.
- Act as the technical subject matter expert, providing guidance on system configuration, integration, and data migration activities.
- Support the development of detailed documentation including service models, support SLAs, and operational procedures for post-implementation support.
- Engage with stakeholders across HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance to ensure the system meets functional requirements and operational expectations.
- Challenge and validate system designs proposed by system integrators to ensure quality and suitability for organizational needs.
- Coordinate testing activities, including system testing, user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting issues during deployment.
- Support data migration efforts, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security during the transfer process.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions for end-users and support teams to ensure smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.
- Monitor system performance post-implementation, providing ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations.
