Roxwell Talent is working with a well-regarded, London law firm (c.1000 people) to appoint an HR Systems Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The firm operates across private capital, M&A, and disputes, and has a strong reputation for complex, high-value work.
You'll join a busy HR Operations team, sitting alongside an HR Systems & Processes Manager and one other Systems Administrator. The focus of the role is HR data management, firm-wide reporting, and the ongoing development of the firm's HRIS platform (Cascade).
What you'll be doing
- Managing day-to-day HR data and firm-wide reporting requirements
- Supporting the development and maintenance of the HRIS (Cascade)
- Designing and building automated end-to-end workflows within the system
- Creating complex Excel reports and presenting data to stakeholders
- Troubleshooting system issues and working with the vendor to find solutions
- Supporting annual pay gap reporting and salary review processes
- Contributing to continuous improvement across the HR function

What we're looking for
- Minimum one year of HRIS or systems administration experience, ideally gained in a professional services or legal environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office 365
- Prior experience with HR information systems (Cascade experience a bonus)
- Methodical, detail-oriented approach with strong prioritisation skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Pragmatic problem-solver with a can-do attitude

About the firm
The firm is large enough to handle the most complex mandates, yet small enough that people genuinely know each other. There are approximately 45 people working in this close-knit HR team and you will learn a lot and develop your skills and experience in a supportive environment.
This role will involve hybrid working with typically 3 days in the office per week.
