HRIS Product Manager – HR & Payroll Tower

Hybrid working – 3 days on site at Manchester Airport Permanent

About the Role

As an HRIS Product Manager, you will own our HR technology landscape (including SuccessFactors and related systems), ensuring it delivers seamless, efficient, and engaging colleague experiences. You will lead the ** development of HR systems** that support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding through to development, performance, and reward—aligning with MAG’s people strategy and transformation agenda.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the HRIS product strategy, roadmap, and backlog
  • Driving continuous improvement across HR systems and processes
  • Partnering with People teams to translate business needs into system solutions
  • Leading delivery of enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives
  • Defining and tracking product performance, user adoption, and business benefits
  • Managing third-party vendors and system partners
  • Ensuring data integrity, reporting capability, and system scalability
  • Leading product teams to deliver value through agile ways of working

Key Requirements

We are looking for someone with: ✔ Strong experience managing HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) ✔ Understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle ✔ Experience delivering product roadmaps and system enhancements ✔ Ability to translate HR strategy into technology solutions ✔ Strong stakeholder engagement skills across HR and business leaders ✔ Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analytics
